How am I different from other real estate agents?

I am a Realtor that is dedicated to my clients. I work alone so they only see and deal with me instead of a team of different faces. I hold all the tools and confidence to excel in selling and buying property. My extensive background in senior management in major retail companies has allowed me to develop excellence in core skills needed in real estate transactions with regards to communication, negotiations, and analytics. I stay loyal to my clients with an ethical approach to doing business. Oh, and I am also absolutely pleasant to deal with. I am personalized service with a passionate approach for helping clients with their biggest asset in their portfolio.


I have been a Sales Consultant with KW for almost five years. My client base is 40% sellers and 60% buyers. I am completely dedicated to handling client needs. I obtained the GRI designation (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) so that I could gain more insight into the Real Estate business and have more expertise than other agents. I also have received my designation CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist) so that I could serve our military families with their real estate needs and help them in the numerous transition stages in their lives. I am in the final stages of obtaining my CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) to comfortably help clients with their international buying and selling.  I also am close to getting my CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation to focus more on Luxury Properties for my High Net Worth Clientele.  I am also a member of Keller Williams Luxury Homes Division.
